Just to say that Phil safely delivered our brass bed yesterday and Carolyn and I are thrilled with the result. After being in storage for many years and looking rather sad as a result, it is now looking magnificent and we are looking forward to it taking pride of place in one of our bedrooms. Having had time to sleep this week in my newly renovated bed, I just wanted to say: Having been initially distraught over the damage caused to our victorian brass bed during our recent house move, what a fantastic job you have done in repairing it! The 2 replacement knuckles to the side irons are a lovely tight fit, and the bed now sits squarer than before and properly upright.  Now you have gone over our bed with a fine toothed comb, all sections are now secure, every bedknob tightened, and the bed looks and feels wonderful to be in again! We are very, very happy with your work and considering we have owned our bed since 1987, wish we had contacted you sooner for the renovation work. I will recommend you to anyone seeking repair or renovation to their antique bed. Great job, Dan!        

Wow, Dan, that is so beautiful. Thank you so much. You’ve done a brilliant job. I showed my Mum your photo of the refurbished bed - the bed belonged to her grandparents originally - and she exclaimed ‘it never looked as good as that in my lifetime!!’ We’re all so pleased with your work, thank you again.    

We bought our first brass bed frame from the Victorian brass bed company a few years ago, which we were very pleased with.  We were so impressed by the quality of service provided, that when we then bought a second cast iron bed frame in need of restoration, we chose to send it to Dan and Toria.  We were provided with a detailed quote and timescale for the work and once the restoration was underway we were consulted on any unforeseen issues and provided options of how we could proceed.  We now have the bed back with us and are blown away - it looks like a different bed!  The attention to detail and quality of workmanship in restoration is faultless.  They not only set high standards in their work but also in providing excellent customer service - we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Wow Dan. Are you sure that’s my bed? It looks great. That bed means a lot to me. As I never tire of telling people it was my grandparents bed. My grandad died in it and my father was born in it. When I was small I used to sneak into the bed for a cuddle with my gran. Thanks so much for restoring it. It last looked that good 100 years ago.
